Growing up, I have been extremely blessed to be surrounded by the most loving, caring, and supportive family I could ever ask for. Although I have always loved my family, I never understood how amazing they were until I started to grow up and see how my friends' families were different from mine. It is often assumed that as kids grow up, they stop hanging out with their family as much and are usually ready to leave the house at 18. However, for me this is not the case. While I am fully capable of taking care of myself, I consider my parents and my sister to be my best friends. Most days, I would rather hang out with them than go out and participate in the usual activities people my age do. Apart from always being there for me, my family has also played a huge role in who I am as a person. They have given me the drive to always give 100% at everything, the resources to be able to get an education and set myself up for a successful career, and the belief that you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it. They are the reason why I believe I can build my business and become a successful CEO of my own company someday. I am overwhelmingly thankful for everyone in my family and I believe that each and every one of them have contributed to who I am today.
